HCG Diet Real Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe
- Half juiced lemon
- A tablespoon lemon zest
- A packet of stevia
- Pinch of garlic powder and onion powder
- 200g chicken breast (should be cut or left whole grilling)
- Black pepper (fresh ground course)
- Greens (kale, baby spinach)
The chicken should be marinated with the other ingredients for up to 2 hours. Grill, broil chicken until it is cooked. Serve with steamed greens
HCG Diet Baked Cajun Chicken
- 3oz chicken
- 1/2 Tablespoon of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (of choice)
Preheat oven to 350. In medium dish, coat both sides of chicken with milk. Place chicken in glass baking dish.
Sprinkle top with choice of Cajun seasoning. Bake uncovered 20-30 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
HCG Diet Shrimp Stuffed Tomato Recipe
- 4oz. Cooked Shrimp
- 1 Lg. Tomato
- ½ lemon, juiced
- Any seasonings (to taste)
- Tabasco (optional)
Cook shrimp (boil or saute). Combine shrimp, seasonings and lemon juice. Refrigerate. When ready to enjoy:
- Cut top of tomato, spoon out insides.
- Fill tomato with shrimp mix.
HCG Diet Fiery Orange Shrimp Stir Fry
- 100g (3.0 oz) shrimp
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 small Orange
- 2-3 Tbs of broth
- Pinch of garlic powder
- Pinch of cayenne powder
- Pinch of ginger powder
- Pinch of curry powder
Combine shrimp and all seasonings. In a skillet over med-high heat; add shrimp, cabbage and broth. Cook until shrimp turns pink. Plate then take one orange segment and mist over the cooked shrimp and cabbage. Use remainder of Orange as your side.
hCG Diet Asian Lime Whitefish Recipe
- 4oz. Whitefish
- Pinch of fresh grated ginger
- 2 Lime wedges
- Sea salt & pepper to taste
In a small bowl, combine together the marinade of lime juice and grated ginger. Place fish in bowl and coat both sides with marinade. Salt and pepper as desired. Cover & place in fridge for approx. 30 minutes.
Preheat non-stick pan over med-high. Pour marinade & fish into pan. Cook about 3-5 minutes on each side, until browned or done to preference. Serve.
hCG Diet 5 Spice Chicken
- 3 lbs chicken (any combination—ideal if they are similar sizes—works great for thighs, but I’ve done a variety)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oil, such as light olive oil or peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or two garlic cloves, pressed)
- 2 teaspoons five spice powder
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon sherry
Combine all ingredients except chicken, and use as marinade. Then, marinate chicken at least an hour, but can marinate overnight. Bake in a 375 F. oven (baste once or twice), or grill, for about 45 minutes or until done.
